Performance and Durability
- Frequency inverters ensure smooth load carrying and minimal load swing, with abrasions reduced due to their design, which prolongs brake life. Engine and reducer groups, specially engineered for crane applications, provide soft starts and stops, shock-free operation, and extended longevity.
- Drive groups feature wheel blocks cast from GGG50 material, processed with the latest technology to enhance bearing and wheel life, and are designed to achieve high speeds with minimal wear. The wheel hub is driven by a multi-key system to reduce wear on the wheel hub and drive shaft.
Technical Specifications
- Our lifting and running gearboxes feature output shafts with milling interlocking, adhering to DIN 5480 standards for safer load carrying compared to wedge systems. Wheel diameters are optimized based on wheel pressures, and we use spherical graphite cast material (GGG70) for its wear resistance.
- Painting processes meet international standards, with options for custom colors to suit customer preferences. Motors conform to IEC standards, featuring a squirrel cage design, 400Vac nominal voltage, 3-phase configuration, 50Hz frequency, F insulation, S1 working class, and a minimum IP55 protection class, with electromagnetic disc brakes.

- Limit switches are employed to manage lowering-lifting and end-of-rail movements. Our designs prioritize quality by incorporating ease of assembly, service intervention, ergonomic appearance, and advanced technology. Crane collision sensors are included to prevent accidents and malfunctions when multiple cranes operate on the same line.
