Jib Cranes
Jib Cranes: Efficient Solutions for Lifting and Transferring
Jib cranes are among the most practical solutions for lifting and transferring materials in various industries.
Modern Trading Jib Crane Models
There are two primary construction models: wall-mounted jib cranes and ground-mounted jib cranes. Additionally, jib cranes come in electric and manual types.
Wall-Mounted Jib Cranes: These are typically dedicated to specific workstations or production lines.
Ground-Mounted Jib Cranes: These cranes handle heavier and more intensive tasks, generally powered by electric motors. Jib cranes are versatile and can be utilized for handling low-tonnage loads in industrial settings, as well as for yachting and unloading operations at coastal areas.

Design
- For single girder bridge cranes manufactured using our custom processes, deflection is calculated to be at least 1/500. Mechanisms are selected based on desired lifting ,traversing and rotating speeds and working class requirements.
- Process cranes are designed to be both strong and lightweight, adhering to DIN norms and FEM standards. Lifting and lowering gearboxes are chosen based on service factors, parallel shaft types, and FEM classes.
Technology
- Our cranes feature inverter drives in main lifts, auxiliary lifts, trolley movements, and bridge movements to ensure smooth, non-impact operations with minimal load swing. Process cranes are equipped with advanced functionalities including positioning in x-y-z axes, automatic stop-and-go movements, working time detection, electricity consumption monitoring, fault detection, and remote intervention for some malfunctions.
Welding and Finishing
- Bridge beams, made from quality certified sheet metals, undergo non-destructive testing for welds, with dimensions controlled to TS-EN-1090 tolerances. All external welds are performed using submerged arc welding robots. Crane bridges are sandblasted and painted in accordance with global standards, with options for special paint applications based on operational conditions. Custom color requests can also be accommodated.
- Special manufacturing process cranes can be equipped with radio frequency remote control or cabin control options. Single or double line I-beam cable trolley systems are used for current reception along the bridge.
Safety and Maintenance Features
- Custom manufacturing process crane systems include a maintenance platform to ensure safe maintenance. Options such as manually locked parking brakes, monitoring systems, and wind sensors are available based on specific usage requirements.
- At the end of the bridge, current-cut switches are installed to prevent damage from hitting buffers. For multiple bridge crane systems operating in the same hall, sensor switches are used to avoid collisions. Loadcell load switches provide critical accident prevention measures by transferring load information to a display, offering continuous data on the loaded weight.
- Modern Trading guarantees minimal load swing, reduced wear and tear, and low maintenance costs with its advanced crane solutions.
